By accessing or using MiniUs ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MiniUs is an AI-powered platform that creates personalised miniature character versions of couples for wedding-related purposes, including guest interactions and RSVPs. The Service uses artificial intelligence to process photos and personal information you provide.

3. Account Registration

To use MiniUs, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the photos, text, and other content you upload to MiniUs ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited licence to use, process, and store it solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights to all User Content you upload
  • You have consent from any individuals depicted in photos you upload
  • Your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload content that is offensive, defamatory, or infringes on others' rights
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models
  • Use the Service to generate misleading or deceptive content
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
  • Create accounts on behalf of others without their permission

6. AI-Generated Content

The MiniUs characters and related content are generated using AI. While we strive for quality, we cannot guarantee that AI-generated content will be entirely accurate, appropriate, or error-free. You acknowledge that AI outputs may occasionally produce unexpected results.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by MiniUs and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the AI-generated MiniUs content for personal, non-commercial purposes related to your wedding.

8. Payment and Pricing

Certain features of the Service may require payment. Prices are displayed at the time of purchase. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. See our User Deletion Policy for details on data removal.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MiniUs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
